RESPONSIBILITIES
The HR Manager will proactively implement strategies that support the business growth, set up and maintain the best HR processes and practices, working closely with functional departments to improve employee satisfaction, attract the best recruits, and promote the organization's values. The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Based on the recruitment plan, coordinating with relevant departments on the recruitment and selection process.
- Building appraisal system and standard procedure, involving in setting KPI and performance evaluation. Developing a learning culture and motivating on-going skill cultivation for employees at all levels.
- Managing the payroll, individual income tax, social insurance, benefits program and other related issues.
- Managing foreign employee recruitment and compliance process including work permit and TRC procedures.
- Organizing and maintaining well-organized HR filings and records system.
- Resolving disputes and violations, carrying out necessary disciplinary actions.
- Predicting, evaluating, and minimizing the risks in HR management.
- Controlling the legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Planning and developing the human resources for the company.
- Nurturing a positive working environment: giving motivation, working closely with the employees, listening to their expectations and concerns, discussing with department managers, Board of Directors to solve or prevent any possible conflict.
- Being responsible for building the company culture which aligns with company’s vision, missions, and core values.
- Reviewing and suggesting the optimal solutions in the overall management on the entire company.
- Performing other related duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
- At least 5-year experience in Human Resources functions with a broad range of activities;
- Being fluent in English communications (4 skills)
- High literacy in technology and MS office software;
- Sound knowledge of Vietnam Labour law.
- Detail oriented and strong planning skills;
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, can-do attitude
- Be able to perform under pressure, being honest and highly responsible.
- Ability to connect with people from different levels;
